Logon with a user that has System Administrator Checked in the Employee Records.

To change a company name, from the Home screen go to Tools → Change Company Name

If Change Company Name option is grayed out, then you are not on a user account with System Administrator.

Once you have Opened Change Company Name you will have an alpha numeric entry available for you to enter a new company name.

Click the change button when you are satisfied with the change you have made. A popup will show asking if you are sure you want to make these changes.

There are two potential results of clicking yes. The first result is the company name will successfully change and the company name will immediately reflect that change.

The other result will be an error. This error will present itself when there is data that has been Exported to a Mobile Database. You will have to Import the data from all your Mobiles before you attempt to change the name of the Company again.
