What does "Days To Keep History" mean?
This is confusing to a lot of our customers as they feel that records will disappear after the set allotted time. The "Days to Keep History" Only works with the "Archive Utility"
The Archive Utility allows you to remove (Creates an Access file) Calibrations and\or Audit Trails from the database. It will only allow you to Archive records that are older than the "Days To Keep History" setting.
The "Days To Keep History" is available as a System and a Company option.
System Option screen:
The System setting will only accept numbers with a max of 9,999 Days
Company Option screen:
The Company setting allows you to enter a number or use one of the two drop downs.
