If you have forgotten the password to sign in to your PCX account and/or DeviceSync login, you can reset it at anytime by going to the PCX login page; <baseurl>.primepcx.com.

  1. Select Forgot Password?                               
  2. Once you are prompted with the Forgot Password screen, input your email
  3. Verify you are not a robot and click Submit, which in turn will return you to the Login screen with a prompt to "Please check your email for further instructions".                                         
  4. Check your email inbox for a new message from welcome-no-reply@primetechpa.com and click the link to reset your password.
  5. Once you click the Reset My Password, are prompted with the Reset Password screen, input your new password and click Change Password.                                                                                               
  6. You will be prompted to sign in with your new password to verify the change.
